Nichole has a B.S. in Accounting (Forensic Accounting and Auditing). Married 20 years with 5 kids (4 girls and 1 boy, the surprise baby), 2 dogs and 1 cat. Favorite hobbies include reading, working on computers, home brewing, and spending time with family.
What inspires you? I’m inspired by “straight-shooters.” The leaders that I work to emulate take ownership of tasks, both successes and mistakes, and who admit when they are wrong. Admitting fault, can be extremely difficult, so when I see it in my leaders, it inspires me to also have those traits in my interpersonal interactions.
What motivates you and how you contribute to customer experience? From a customer service standpoint, I’ve seen so many times when people get frustrated by a customer when they are asked a question they have already answered many times that day. I approach any customer service interaction with the mindset that while I may have been asked a question over 100 times that day, the individual in front of me at the moment, it is their first time asking. I will give them the same courtesy and attention as I gave to the first 100 people before.
