Organization: High Times Accounting Inc
1. Purpose
This Terms of Service (“Agreement”) governs the authorized use of Microsoft 365 services provided by High Times Accounting Inc. Microsoft 365 includes applications and services such as Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other related tools.
By logging into Microsoft 365 using credentials issued by High Times Accounting Inc, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms outlined in this policy.
2. Authorized Use
Access to Microsoft 365 is granted only to authorized users including employees, contractors, and approved affiliates of High Times Accounting Inc.
Users agree to:
- Use Microsoft 365 services solely for legitimate business purposes.
- Protect login credentials and prevent unauthorized access.
- Follow all organizational policies related to IT security and data protection.
Sharing accounts or credentials with other individuals is strictly prohibited.
3. Account Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their Microsoft 365 account.
Users must:
- Use strong passwords and comply with password policies.
- Enable and use Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) when required.
- Immediately report suspected account compromise or unauthorized access to the IT department.
Failure to follow security practices may result in suspension or termination of access.
4. Acceptable Use
Users may not use Microsoft 365 to:
- Engage in illegal activities
- Transmit malicious software, spam, or harmful content
- Access or distribute confidential information without authorization
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Attempt to bypass security controls or access restricted systems
All activity within Microsoft 365 must comply with company policies, applicable laws, and Microsoft’s service terms.
5. Monitoring and Privacy
Use of Microsoft 365 systems may be monitored, logged, and audited by High Times Accounting Inc for security, compliance, and operational purposes.
By logging in, users acknowledge that:
- Activity on organizational accounts and devices may be monitored.
- Data stored within Microsoft 365 may be reviewed when necessary for security, legal, or administrative reasons.
Users should not expect personal privacy when using organization-provided accounts.
6. Data Protection and Confidentiality
Users must protect sensitive and confidential information stored or transmitted using Microsoft 365.
Users agree to:
- Follow data classification and handling policies.
- Avoid sharing sensitive information with unauthorized individuals.
- Use approved tools and methods when sharing files or documents.
7. Access Termination
Access to Microsoft 365 may be suspended or revoked at any time if:
- The user violates this agreement
- Employment or affiliation with the organization ends
- Security risks are identified
Upon termination, users must cease all access to Microsoft 365 services.
8. Compliance with Policies
Users must comply with all relevant organizational policies including:
- Information Security Policy
- Acceptable Use Policy
- Data Protection and Privacy Policy
Violations may result in disciplinary action, including termination of access or employment.
9. Changes to This Agreement
High Times Accounting Inc reserves the right to update or modify this Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of Microsoft 365 after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Acknowledgment
By logging into Microsoft 365 using credentials issued by High Times Accounting Inc you confirm that you:
- Have read and understood this Terms of Service
- Agree to comply with all applicable policies
- Accept responsibility for your use of the system
